I believe this is round-lobed hepatica. Hope I can find seeds in a few weeks!



Bufflehead duck



Not quite focused but-- he caught a fish!



Mr. and Mrs. Bufflehead.



Geese in our back yard. Eventually they got annoyed and flew out along the creed-- and much to our amusement, one clipped a tiny tree branch, squawked awkwardly back into the creek, and had to lift off again! they're not always graceful.
