I spent much of the day at Addison County Field Days, but my favorite pic was from home. This is only the second greenbacked heron I've seen in Vermont-- and it was in my own back yard!
Miniature donkey halter class is a lot like halter for horses, only the donkeys are less cooperative. What you can't see here is the ring assistant, trotting along behind the donkey crinkling shopping bags to scare it into a trot.
The tractor pull-- no monster tractors here, though some were bigger than this.
