If you read the comic strip Non Sequitur, you'll know why I found this particularly amusing.

I finally took the time to wander through the cemetery behind Charlotte UCC today. The road winds its way up the mountain behind the church, branching off every time there's a flat space for some graves.

A bit more phallic than the usual obelisk?

Words fail me.

I occasionally see temporary wooden markers, but this one is more than a decade old, and so lovely.

There has to be a story behind "etc. etc. etc. etc."

Even in Vermont, an ankh is an unusual grave decoration.
