Yes, it's out of focus-- but it's a two point buck, walking practically right up to me! I'm afraid he may have gotten used to being fed at the picnic grounds, unfortunately. When I wasn't encouraging he wandered into a little copse nearby.

Wren on my back porch-- I'm assuming winter wren, given the eye stripe, but could be a house wren.

Another baby osprey, on the left, with mama on the right. Can't tell from my pics if there's another chick. This is one of the nests near Fort Cassin Road.
The Basin Harbor chicks are flying now. I biked out to see them, and as soon as I got to the water near their nest, I suddenly had ospreys swooping all around-- the babies had been perched in a tree near me. At least one parent was warning me off and urging them to move away.
