Quiet room etiquette?

kayreFolks, I have just been tasked with setting up and overseeing a "Quiet Room" during a very noisy and busy event at church-- this weekend! The idea is that the room should be a retreat for any who find the main areas overstimulating-- adult, child, on the spectrum, neurotypical, whatever.
If any of you have experience with such things I'd love to hear from you! Any particularly helpful things I can do, any pitfalls I need to avoid? Thanks!
