Waxwing, in amazing technicolor.





Slightly blurry, but hey, osprey in flight! With lunch in one talon, even. There were two hanging out at the former nest site along Basin Harbor Road; maybe they'll rebuild there next year.



I was amazed to see four egrets together in a marshy area today.



Love these tree roots... enough for two pics, even.
