Somebody on my friends' list recently mentioned wanting to find a non-dairy, no-sugar ice cream substitute. I noticed today that Tofutti is now making their "Cuties" ice cream sandwiches in a sugar-free version; they're soy based. I haven't had the sugar free version, but regular Cuties are yummy, so they're probably worth a try.
