3.1 miles today, outside. I walked my usual 2 miles in my favorite park, then drove a couple of miles to my 2nd favorite park and did a mile there. Silly but I just needed to cover more territory today. No animal sightings today, but lots of tracks, and there's still a heron in the area, along with mallards and some geese.
Something really strange happened while I was walking. I'm not sure how to describe this, and I don't know if anyone will believe me anyway. It was as if some mighty force ripped the sky open and pulled the edges apart. And through the hole-- there was this blankness, and it was (I'm telling the truth) BLUE. And it glowed!
Then the edges of the sky pulled together and healed up, and it was back to the normal gray. *shudder* Scary!
