vitamin overdose?!
May. 10th, 2005 02:44 pmSince seeing the new USDA food pyramid stuff, my family has been having a competition to see who can actually eat 5 large servings of fruits and veggies per day. I've been making it to 3 or 4 most days, which is quite an improvement for me. Today, I've had a large salad for lunch, a small serving of steamed veggies, and an enormous fruit smoothie (2 servings easy), and I've already prepped fresh corn for dinner-- so I'm gonna make it to five! My body probably has no idea what to do with all these vitamins after being deprived for so long!
