Delectable Mountains by Earlene Fowler.
Same "mystery" series as #8. Enjoyable read but frustrating as a mystery-- all the evidence is not given to the reader, so there's no real chance to try to solve it, as far as I could tell. Fun reading anyway.
Now on to something meatier for a while.
