Okaaaaayyyy....

So I'm watching this crazy Food Network Challenge show where teams are trying to make evening gowns out of chocolate. One of the competitors is French, but he talks very oddly-- doesn't move his upper lip, like an exagerrated British "stiff upper lip," and it changes how he sounds. The resulting accent was reminding me of something, but I Just Couldn't Place It....

Then it hit me.
