As a teenager I longed for an earring rack-- the cheap plastic ones sold in Claire's-- but not enough to actually spend money on one. Then about 10 years ago, my talented woodworking father-in-law made gorgeous scroll-saw-cut earring racks... for all his grandkids, including my daughter! I was quietly jealous for a few years, then she asked if I wanted it, because she didn't really use it. So here you have my taste in earrings! (And another 'what the heck should I take a picture of' moment, because I've had a bit of a relapse.)
