Blueberry muffins

wet mix:
6 TBS butter, melted
2/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup orange juice
1 large egg
1/2 tsp vanilla or almond flavoring
dry mix:
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp lemon peel
1/4 tsp allspice (or cinnamon)
Blueberries to taste-- 1 to 1 1/2 cups
Stir wet mix ingredients together in one bowl, dry in another; combine, then fold in blueberries. (If serving immediately, sprinkle the tops with large crystal sugar.) Bake in muffin tins, 20 minutes at 400F.
