If anyone is wondering...
Nov. 18th, 2019 06:31 pmI did complete my personal 30 day exercise challenge. What did it accomplish? Most importantly, it showed that I can generally fit in time for exercise if I prioritize it. Out of the 30 days, there were only 2 days when I truly struggled to find the time. Generally, it feels good physically; the emotional lift from exercising is really good; and I had some lab work done near the end that had good enough results to make me want to continue.
So I am continuing to prioritize daily exercise, with one small change: I cleaned up our not-very-good elliptical in the basement, and once or twice a week will do just 10 minutes on it. That's long enough to get my pulse up, and to feel like I've kept my commitment, but saves an hour more of my day.
