Last time my card was scanned at the Y, it came up as denied. They called the location that is technically our home (but that is a 15-20 min drive away and neither of us has been there since resuming the membership), and it sounds like when my wife reactivated our membership, it was ONLY her membership and not mine. (Which doesn't answer how I was scanned in just fine the other two times, unless this was some "grace period" after our membership lapsed last year. Or the person on the desk just wasn't paying attention.) At least they let me in that day, but we have to go to the other location to sort out the issue, apparently.
