Wow! That looks like an industrial sized flour sifter. But really, really useful. The little hand sifters take forever if you are doing a big batch.
Mom had something like this can opener in her pantry.

It was absolutely the best can opener I ever used. The current tenants didn't want it so it mounted, and I don't use cans at home more than very occasionally, so mom's old one is languishing in a drawer.
