I'm alive and even have a post (a mildly grumpy one) wandering around my head. I'm still debating whether it's a good idea to write, but then also, I'd need to make time to actually make it coherent. ;)

As for me, just trying to adjust to new job... things are slowly starting to make sense in the major honking procedure I do, and I'm very much enjoying our new Fearless Leader and being grateful that my manager seems to understand how best to manage me.
These last two days have not been good health-wise... started yesterday after work. Thought it was just the fact that I got a touch of motion sickness but no, and it seems to be continuing today. Given that I went home early earlier in the week I don't want it to be this gorgeous Friday and I take off to see urgent care -- especially as I'm suspecting anemia or low blood sugar or low blood pressure and none of those are good candidates for "urgent" so I'm trying to soldier on (but when moving around unloading the dishwasher is a challenge, it's problematic!).
About to drink tea, have more water to drink too (I'm sure I haven't been drinking enough since last Saturday's incident), and so on...
Heh. After reading back two weeks in DW (at which point it cuts you off), delay due to vacation backlog, and seeing nothing from you, I was concerned and came to your page directly to see what was up. I hope you're doing ok!
