kayreI walked today at Shelburne Bay. As I walked away from my car, I heard a rattling sound. I continued to walk while checking my lens cap, my car keys, my purse, trying to figure out what was making the sound. Finally, I stood completely still-- and realized that the rattling was the tapping of a downy woodpecker. He seemed completely unconcerned as I walked around him taking pictures.
