I simply can't find tasty cinnamon bread up here that's not loaded with milk-- enough non-fat dry milk to really set off my lactose intolerance. So today I took matters into my own hands. It's delicious-- I slipped a tablespoon of maple sugar into the cinnamon mixture to add an extra special note.
