It's common here to see a glove, mitten or scarf on a bush or fence, where possibly the owner will find it. But whoever found this hat in the cemetery had a sense of humor!



This goldfinch has almost finished molting into bright new yellow feathers.

Also saw three cormorants today, but pics didn't come out-- I'm beginning to lust after the 2x add-on lens for my camera!
