Fledgling downy woodpecker on my deck railing. Stubby wings and tail, though it's nearly full grown.



What a face! Waiting for mama...



Mama arrives, with suet and seed from my feeder.



When actually feeding, their heads moved so fast that I couldn't get an unblurred pic.
