kayreSlept in a bit late, but was still up long before the rest of the family and enjoyed a quiet morning.
Once the kidlet woke up and got moving, we drove down to Shoreham to check out the festival and photo contest. Had a good time exploring the small-town event. As for the pics... they awarded only best of show, first place in each category, and honorable mentions in some. One of my entries got an honorable mention, so I'm happy! The other had no award, but all are being silent auctioned, and it had flattering bids.
Home, nap, dinner, walk. Passed a 'free' pile and saw a fiberglass bow! 56", 25 lb. draw, excellent starter size for the kidlet. My old bow was really too heavy for her, and we were concerned about whether it's really fit for use any more, so this is great.
