.... there were so many ways a tortilla could go wrong? Just reported a quality issue, and here's the company's drop-down menu of potential problems:
Brick effect, broken, burnt, didn't like product, dry/cracking, folded/torn, foreign material, formula, holes, illness/injury, light toast marks, masa clumps, missing component, mixed product, moisture, moldy, no code date, off-flavor, oily, open seal, other, overweight, packaging, piece of dough, pink spots, polimerized oil, rancid, salty, shelf life, short count (case), short-count, size, stale, sticking, texture, undercooked, underweight, unknown, wrong label, wrong product.
