Quiet room etiquette?
Folks, I have just been tasked with setting up and overseeing a "Quiet Room" during a very noisy and busy event at church-- this weekend! The idea is that the room should be a retreat for any who find the main areas overstimulating-- adult, child, on the spectrum, neurotypical, whatever.
If any of you have experience with such things I'd love to hear from you! Any particularly helpful things I can do, any pitfalls I need to avoid? Thanks!

You know your congregation — how many people are likely to seek refuge? If more than ten, you might want to have two rooms.
Sunday School classrooms work well, especially the ones for younger kids that may already have mats and pillows.
Have it near enough to the main activity to go back and forth, but far enough away that the sound is only a dull roar.
