Preparing to shut down

Good news first: Pastor's daughter's COVID-19 test came back negative. Good news for them and for our church community!
The week has continued busy. With three of us working in a big building, I continued to go in for practice and some face-to-face planning-- from a considerable distance while waiting for that test result. We decided to do pre-recorded worship again this week, with a possibility of livestreaming next week. Now livestreaming will be impossible, as non-essential meetings are banned starting Sunday. Today and maybe tomorrow I'll go do a couple of recording sessions at church, playing public domain hymns to use as fill.
I've been coming up to speed on Zoom (anyone wanna chat?), and hope today to do my first online piano lesson. I'm not sure how many of my students will continue during this, but at least my two boys will, and they are totally worth it.
Beginning Monday, maybe life really will slow down. I have dreams of quilting and cooking and reading and playing guitar and piano and composing and... of course there still won't be enough hours in the day.
