Talking to a fellow organist, he described his church's somewhat clumsy attempts at "virtual choir" hymns as "a more or less wobbly musical lasagna." Perfect. And honestly probably pretty close to what people actually experience in the pews when we're live, unless there's a highly trained choir.

"Wobbly musical lasagna" - perfect. That's kind of how our seder went, what with the Zoom factor. Singing together just doesn't work in any of the meeting platforms! But at least we could laugh about it.
