Dim light outdoors made it possible to go for this dramatic shot of the new indoor arena.





A closer view of the same scene... I deliberately didn't try to fix the contrast.



Just a few minutes earlier, I'd been watching this horse and rider in bright sunlight in the outdoor arena....





... a few minutes later, I was taking this shot of raindrops bouncing off a barrel. (And after that, a rather impressive little thunderstorm, complete with wind and hail.)
