safely home
Nov. 30th, 2002 05:32 pmHorrible drive, very very cold and either blowing snow or freezing rain most of the time. But we’re home, the house is fine, and the cats are happy to see us (Felix’s pretense of indifference isn’t very convincing at all).
And I finished my novel! Typed the last bit on the home stretch of the drive. I actually cried over the ending as I wrote it. Rewriting is tentatively scheduled to start in February. December’s creative project is cleaning up the manuscripts of my two choral anthems, so I can submit them to my choir directors and a publisher; in January I’ve got three organ manuscripts to polish and send to my publisher (gee it’s fun to say that!).
