Argh.

I became eligible for the shingles vaccine just before the pandemic shutdown. When I saw my doctor, folk were already starting to do temperature checks; we decided to postpone the shot because it can cause fever. My next two appointments were telehealth because pandemic. I saw her in person a couple of weeks ago, but still no shingles vaccine because I was still within a month of my second COVID shot; supposed to wait two months.

I bet you can guess where this is going. Yup, I have shingles. Ow.
