I was watching this heron this afternoon when it caught a BIG fish....





So big that it couldn't figure out what to do with it, and dropped it after a few seconds.



A nice pose as the heron walked away.



And just for variety, Felicity mugging for the camera.

I love the nonchalant stroll away-- and it's also a nice photograph. I like seeing the heron trying to wrangle the fish, too. :)
