Biked out to visit my osprey nest tonight-- and hey look, TWO baby heads poking up! Click through for the large view if you're not sure.





Can anyone help ID this bird? It'll probably turn out that it's something common that I've missed, but I'm tired and I can't come up with it. It was no bigger than a mallard, maybe smaller.
