Apr. 13th, 2003 11:13 pmWhisper’s farrier visit is tomorrow, sometime around noon. I keep telling the kidlet-- and myself-- that if she just does better, recovers in a week or two rather than five or six, that’s progress. But I can’t help hoping that she does just fine, and the kid is back in the saddle on Tuesday.
It’s going to be a crazy day for me. I’ll have to practice in the morning, drive about 20 miles to the vet to pick up some medication, drive about 30 to the stable. No clue how long I’ll be there; then at 2:30 I’ll need to pick up the kid, and most likely take her out to the stable. Dinner and Bible study will round out the day (and I’ve missed so many Bible studies that I’m very reluctant to skip tomorrow).
On the good side, my music went exceptionally well this morning (and people even noticed!). And after my nap I walked 1.4 miles with no more than a bit of soreness afterwards.
