It was a day.....

kayreJust like any Saturday (what? today isn't Saturday? then why did we all sleep in?) I woke up before hubby and the kid. No practice today, so I read the newspapers, then went walking. Rivendell is 3 miles behind me now. Started off the year's birdwatching with, among other things, my buddy the blue heron.
We decided to rearrange the furniture when we take the Christmas tree down. Began the process today, and totally terrorized the cats; Felix hid in a closet for hours.
Did some cleaning, despite my resolutionless state. There's a small box for Goodwill in the car, and 14 books listed on half.com now.
Date with Miss Clairol this evening.... the world is just easier to face with auburn hair.
