The grave of a 13 year old boy.

I thought the trend towards having a "children's section" in cemeteries began around the 1950's, but found one today that dated to 1880. I suspect it was started after a disease that year killed quite a few very small children. Usually at that time infants were buried in the family plot.

Glass headstone.

One of the loveliest designs I've seen on a headstone.

"Grave covers" have had a couple of waves of popularity, in the late 1800s and again in the early 1900s, but I'd never seen one like this. Miniature reflecting pond after rain, I suppose?

Can anyone interpret this one? The headstone is dated 1905. Besides the triangle on the eagle, the entire inscription is in a triangle. The eagle makes me think of Poland, but the triangle hints at Masonic ties? Any ideas?
