kayreIndulging in dairy foods and doing a hard abs workout on the same day was probably not a good idea.
Getting an intestinal virus the next day was definitely not a good idea.
Still managed to walk a bit, though.
Driving home from the church, I noticed heavy frost in just one small area near home; naturally I went back with my camera (bad me for forgetting it to begin with!).
Ice at the park is still pretty impressive.
Snack time!
