kayreI woke up early today, and went out walking sooner than I'm usually even remotely conscious. I was rewarded for my virtue.
Kidlet says this looks like the red-wing blackbird has hitched a ride on an alligator.
I saw this sweet thing on the trail. We stared at each other for 30 seconds or so, and then she calmly walked away and joined her two friends (in the next pic). That made my day! I even managed to move past them without spooking them into flight.
