kayreThe hubby is taking tae kwon do. While doing a google search on the founder of tkd, Choi Hong Hi, he found that most sources say Choi was born Nov. 9, 1918-- but a few say December 22, 1918. Is there any calendar issue that could explain the discrepancy, or some other source of confusion? He was born in Korea while it was occupied by Japan; I'm wondering if that has anything to do with the question.
