Travel pics

I've been trying for weeks to get a pic of the barn at sunrise; Tuesday, after taking the cats to my friend's house, I finally caught the right moment. Still no good summer pic, though-- guess I'll have to visit next summer!



I stopped at Van Buren State Park in Ohio yesterday. Saw this heron almost as soon as I stepped out of my car.



It's a man-made lake, fairly old, but Life just doesn't give up easily.



I don't care if it's ragweed, it's pretty!



This pic just feels happy to me, somehow.



This is standing on an otherwise vacant lot; couldn't even see other old structures. Weird.
