Otter Creek Falls in sunlight.



I've been delighted to see lots of milkweed, and lots of monarch butterflies, here. Milkweed is the only food of monarch caterpillars, so whenever I see a ripe burst pod, I take a handful of seed and spread it around. It helps the seed disperse a bit further than it would on its own-- and besides, it's fun!



What a barn! Frustratingly difficult to get good pics; it sits right up against a narrow tree-lined dirt road. There's no way to get far enough away from it for a good shot.





This is the view from beside the barn. Wish I could get down there to take a pic! But it was all thoroughly posted 'no trespassing.'
