This hawk (harrier?red tail) was sitting on a fencepost near the road. I stopped the car, turned my camera on, half zoomed, took off the lense cap, and opened the car door.. and of course he took off. So I stood up and aimed as fast as I can, with polarized sunglasses on (note- next time take them off during prep!)-- I'm amazed I got anything at all!





Do you suppose those folks found the pot of gold in their farmyard?
