I'd love to get a chance at this scene in better light.
Any other day, this would have been my pic of the day.
But no stump can top my first sighting of a barred owl, only 40 feet away!
Rather eerie with its eyes half-lidded!
I'm not sure which I like best, but obviously one of these four has to be the pic of the day!
