kayreSo, it was cold today. Like never got up to double digits (fahrenheit). So I stayed home all day. And it's so cold, there weren't even birds at the birdfeeder. And I didn't feel like stalking cats. So, I give you.....
It's my great-grandfather's smoking table. The compartment is lined with metal, and has a holder for a damp cloth pad, to keep one's cigars moist. The clock is so bright I put a cloth over it at night. Those are chewable Tylenol tabs for when I wake up with a migraine, and the "sick bell" to call hubby to tell him to bring me water because I just took those ghastly Tylenol things, and a coaster to put the water on.
And, yeah, a purple hippo.
