kayreA very mixed bag tonight, complete with an attempt at food porn.
I was surprised to see starlings on my suet feeder today-- I've generally only seen them feed on the ground.
What this really means is-- "It's MUD SEASON!!"
Even covered in slush and mud, the country roads are so inviting to me.
While most of you are already enjoying crocuses and daffodils, here we are appreciating the many different shades of evergreen, and the brilliant red twig dogwood.
I made Spicy Beef and Peppers tonight. This dish demands advance prep, and it's colorful, so I had fun by keeping the ingredients out as I measured, and posing the results.
