Geek help please?

We're reaching the point where we need to make decisions about TV and internet service at the house. It's wired for both cable and DSL; we've also had satellite TV and liked it.

I'd be fine with going cable for both, but there's only one cable outlet per room, and I'd want TV and computer in the same room. What would it take to set up wireless? We all have laptops with wireless cards (all Apple iBooks).

Suggestions? Information I should consider? Thanks!
