While I was in St. Joe, I closed our bank accounts there. The account executive who helped me was probably about 25; surely a high school graduate, maybe college? In the course of making casual chat, he admitted that he didn't know if Vermont is a state or a city; thought New England was a state; and had no clue where either Vermont or New England are. Scary.
