I'm always amazed at how many buildings you find to photograph that are in some sort of real decay. I know of one barn near Ukiah that is clearly not being maintained (until this month when some repairs were made) but for the most part, here in Northern California, there are no old properties falling apart like that. I just looked at some prices in the Ukiah area. Almost nothing below 150K, and that was very poor land with a mobile home on it. Most parcels going for 250K to 1.5M.
