6 medium redskin potatoes, cooked and cubed
2 hard-cooked eggs
1/3 cup chopped scallions
1 teaspoon celery seed
3/4 cup sour cream (or substitute)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared mustarrd
pepper to taste
Combine potatoes, scallions and chopped egg WHITES in large bowl. In small bowl, mix crumbled egg yolks, sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard; add pepper to taste. Pour over potato mixture and chill.
